Appointment Info

Where?

​My office is located inside a shared wellness facility at 509 W Olive St, Suite 103 Springfield, MO 65806.​ There is street parking along Olive Street or there are public parking lots within a few blocks of the building.

When?

I currently accept appointments during the following timeframes with a minimum of 12-hours notice;​

Mondays 10:00- 6:00 PM ​

Wednesdays 3:30-8:30 PM

Thursdays 1:00PM- 6:00PM (every/other)

Fridays 12:00- 6:00 PM

Saturdays 10:00 AM- 4:00 PM (every/other)

Sundays 11:00-AM-2:30 PM (every/other)

Closed Tuesdays

How to book?

You can book an appointment online through Massage Book or you can contact me directly by phone or submit a request form located on this page.

If you’re ever on my site and can’t find availability, feel free to shoot me a text because I may have something!

I do require a minimum 12-hour notice for all appointments. And I keep my phone on DND quite a bit due to the nature of my work but will respond as soon as I can within normal business hours.

First Appointment

Once your appointment is booked, you will receive an email or text confirmation. You will receive a second email containing a link to complete an intake form that will need to be completed prior to your appointment. ​

A credit or debit card on file is required to complete the appointment booking. You will have the option to pay for the service beforehand or you can pay at the time of your appointment.

​Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy

I ask for a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Clients who cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice will be billed 50% of the price of the scheduled service. Clients who do not show up for a scheduled appointment or notify me in advance will be billed for the full price of the scheduled service. A credit or debit card on file is required to complete the appointment booking.

 

For your first appointment, please arrive 5-10  minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow time to complete the intake process.

​Clients who arrive late to their scheduled appointment will be charged for the full session and will not receive a time extension.

​

Please know that I do not have a front desk staff and the front door will be unlocked no later than 15 minutes before your service start time.
