Meet Jenna
Jenna Threadgill LMT, CYT
Welcome to my corner of the Ozarks!

I'm very passionate about the work that I offer as a Massage Therapist and Yoga Instructor and absolutely love what I do. Witnessing the results that happen and helping people get in touch with their bodies is my highest passion.

I work with a variety of folks; those dealing with chronic pain conditions, persons with hyper-mobility conditions, mental health conditions that affect daily living, post-operative or post-injury, musculoskeletal conditions such as scoliosis, athletes, medical workers and caretakers, service workers, prenatal and postpartum, persons dealing with TMJ dysfunction and more. I believe that everyone needs bodywork in their life, the results of preventative care and acute care can be life-changing.

When I'm not working, I'm spending my time being a mom to a wild toddler! I enjoy spending time outdoors; jogging, kayaking, or biking. I love going to yoga classes and spending time reading or watching shows (I'm currently obsessed with ER). I'm a rock and mineral enthusiast. I love a good shiny or fossil ( or both if I'm lucky!). I'm an ISFP, Libra Sun/Gemini Moon/ Aquarius Rising, and a Generator + Sacral Authority (for my Human Design nerds). I'm also incredibly interested in human psychology and learning about how the mind operates.

My Mission
My goal is to be a facilitator for people to find relief and enjoyment in their own bodies. Ultimately, I want my clients to live a more pain-free, stress-free, beautiful life.

To do this, I work with the body in a holistic way; factoring in mind, body, and emotions into overall care and treatment. Providing personalized care by being present and actively listening to the needs of each individual is very important to me. I adapt my approach on a case-by-case basis, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth in my practice.

Fun Facts
Favorite way to relax?
Massages are a must as well as regular facials! Yoga nidra is one of my favorite ways to rest and be in my body. I love to go to yoga classes as often as my schedule allows.
I also love watching a movie with my partner at the end of our day, sitting by a fire, or lounging on the water. Since I am introverted, sometimes the most relaxing thing for me is downtime to myself.

Favorite area of the body to work on?
I find all of it very interesting but recently I have been pretty fascinated with the pelvis+ shoulder+neck connection and how they all work together. Hip pain can be an intricate puzzle that needs unwinding and is not always easy to deduce. So, I'd have to say more specifically- hips.

What continuing education are you working on?
Since graduating from massage school I have taken multiple continuing education courses in Thai Massage as well as Massage for TMJ dysfunction, and cupping. I am almost always reading at least 1 book that pertains to massage therapy or the human body and movement. I think it's extremely important to be a forever student. This year I've done quite a but of self-study into the work of Tom Myers Anatomy Trains as well as Clinical Neuromuscular Techniques of the Lower Body written by Leon Chaitow.
I have some things in the works for the future that will hopefully be expanding my education into a new-to-me modality of bodywork near the end of 2026!
